a place with a thousand stories
An ancient farm dating back to the 18th century, in the past used as a quarry for the extraction of tuff, a material used in the construction of rural houses in the area.
The site on which the property is located is called Chiesuola and in the eighteenth century it housed a small church which was then destroyed due to a devastating earthquake.
The estate, which for centuries has been in the hands of local noble families, is located near the center of San Costantino di Briatico, and is frequented by the same residents who for years have made it the subject of ancient stories and magical legends.
